What to expect


Since most of our new work derives from recommendations, we know that our clients like working with us.

But we also know that engaging a new agency can bring its surprises.

With that in mind - and to give you a sense of how we operate - here are some of our working principles:

  1. We listen closely to the client.
  2. We start every project by establishing and validating the business goals, context and success factors.
  3. We put the client's needs and goals at the centre of the project.
  4. We then look for ways to deliver compelling experiences that are focussed on achieving these goals.
  5. We never lose sight of the bottom line.
  6. We benchmark all of our user-driven ideas against their ability to deliver business value.
  7. We do not evangelise user-centred design. We evangelise design that works for the client.
  8. We work closely with the client and other stakeholders throughout the process.
  9. We actively keep the client informed of budgets and related progress.
  10. The more complex the challenges the harder we work to meet them (and the more we  enjoy them!).
