What to expect
Since most of our new work derives from recommendations, we know that our clients like working with us.
But we also know that engaging a new agency can bring its surprises.
With that in mind - and to give you a sense of how we operate - here are some of our working principles:

- We start every project by establishing and validating the business goals, context and success factors.
- We put the client's needs and goals at the centre of the project.
- We then look for ways to deliver compelling experiences that are focussed on achieving these goals.
- We never lose sight of the bottom line.
- We benchmark all of our user-driven ideas against their ability to deliver business value.
- We do not evangelise user-centred design. We evangelise design that works for the client.
- We work closely with the client and other stakeholders throughout the process.
- We actively keep the client informed of budgets and related progress.
- The more complex the challenges the harder we work to meet them (and the more we enjoy them!).
