The challenge: The client asked us to increase the extranet's usage and drive additional revenue through a more enagaging and intuitive interface.
Our key tasks were to:
Methods: We developed a user-centred site structure and information architecture, ensuring one-click access to key content and functionality.
We created new pages that aggregated all content surrounding particular currencies and currency pairs.
This data offered users new insights and enabled improved decision-making.
We also introduced ‘featured articles' to the homepage and several underlying pages.
Results: Immediately after the redesign the number of page hits increased by 91% and the number of unique users by 13% - and has continued to climb.
The site has won several industry awards.
