The challenge: Barclays Capital asked us to review its under-used cross-bank sales tool, specifically to:
Methods: We conducted user observation sessions and stakeholder interviews to identify ‘killer features'.
These would make the tool indispensible to the target users and therefore increase adoption.
We worked closely with working groups of target users to review, refine and modify our ideas and to develop them into full design specifications.
Results: An effective, widely adopted sales tool.
